Basic Impetus Lists: Slav and Early Bulgar

To round off the current list of available armies I thought I’d have a stab at providing Basic Impetus lists for armies missing from the rulebook. Not exactly the most thrilling choices, but if we’re being obsessive we might as well do it properly.
